DAY 1:
Picked up from Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport to Serengeti
Our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport for your flight-from Arusha to Serengeti. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a picnic lunch followed by a half-day game drive. Afterward, you will head to the luxurious Four Seasons Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Situated in the heart of the Serengeti, this lodge is the top choice for those seeking luxury in the wild, offeringanunparalleled combination of comfort and natural beauty. The Serengeti, located in Northern Tanzania and spanning approximately 15,000 square kilometers, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After breakfast, we will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of exploration. Here, you will have the opportunity to see an array of wildlife includinglions, buffalos, zebras, hyenas, antelopes, and, with a bit of luck, the elusive rhinoceros. We will enjoy a picnic lunch by the crater lake, surrounded by stunningscenery. After the game drive, you will head to the Escarpment Luxury Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, where you can relax and reflect on the day’s adventures. The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, was formed approximately 2 to 3 million years ago after a massive volcanic explosion. The crater
floor sits at 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level and is home to around 30,000animals and a diverse range of bird species.
